One tool, three menus, fully in English: Tweaks (power plan, USB Selective Suspend, mouse & keyboard, Game DVR off, network incl. NIC power-saving off, Nvidia telemetry, process scheduling/PCIe ASPM off, visual effects on performance, telemetry off), Tests - all with output printed straight to the console: real frametimes/1%+0.1% lows via PresentMon, DPC/ISR latency via Windows' own tool (report shown directly), network latency/jitter/packet loss, a system check (CPU/GPU/RAM/storage/Hz), a storage (SSD) speed test, a CPU speed & responsiveness test, a GPU status/live monitor, a tweak-status audit (shows what's actually active), plus keyboard and mouse click consistency tests right in the tool - and direct links to TestUFO and the reaction test on this page. Plus a separate Advanced menu for two real security tradeoffs (HAGS on/off, disable VBS/Memory Integrity) - deliberately not part of "Apply all", gated behind a warning and confirmation. A few of the tweaks are inspired by AtlasOS (open source), after reviewing their actual script code. Right-click → "Run with PowerShell" (as Administrator), works independently of KirbyOS or similar custom Windows builds. Not automatable (driver-version dependent, do it by hand in the Nvidia Control Panel under 3D Settings): Low Latency Mode to Ultra, Power Management Mode to Prefer Maximum Performance.
Not a console command, a real video config file - goes in your local Steam userdata folder (Steam\userdata\<your SteamID3>\730\local\cfg\), not the game folder. On a new GPU, CS2 won't recognize the hardware ID and will rebuild the file.

Browser tests measure browser/OS event timing, not raw hardware latency - good for before/after comparisons after the tweaks above, not a replacement for real measurement devices.

CS2 has a built-in telemetry overlay, no extra tool needed - in console: cl_hud_telemetry_ping_show 1, cl_hud_telemetry_frametime_show 1, cl_hud_telemetry_net_misdelivery_show 1
